Canceling a booking via your personal account
If the booking was made at a refundable rate and the free cancellation period is still active:
- Go to your Personal Account (under the My Bookings section).
- Click on the Cancellation policy
- Proceed to click on the Cancel button in the pop-up window.
- Alternatively, click on More Details and cancel the booking via the voucher.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the bank card used for the purchase.
The timeframe for the funds to be credited back depends on the regulations of the bank.
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, or the free cancellation period has passed:
In this case, you can still cancel the booking in your Personal Account.
- Go to your Personal Account (under the My Bookings section).
- Click on Cancellation Policy or More Details.
- Proceed to click on the Cancel button in the pop-up window.
Our team will reach out to the supplier or hotel to help minimize any cancellation fees. Once we receive a response, we will promptly inform you of the decision via email.
